BY NATURAL INGREDIENTS
Natural dyes also called as Vegetable/Bio/Organic/Herbal dyes. These dyes are made only of plants. Whole or portions of plants like Flowers, Leaves, Fruits, Bark, Seeds and Roots are processed naturally to extract dyes.
MORDANT-FREE
Natural Dyeing involves use of mineral mordant i.e, metallic salts either before or in post dyeing operations. Though this practice offers little benefits, but makes the process environmentally an unhealthy one.
When mineral mordants are used including alum, copper, chrome, lead, etc., its effluents are as equally harmful as using synthetics dyes and chemicals. We found an effective alternative fixing mechanism, so that natural dyes do not require any mineral mordant.
TECHNICAL
Dyeing activities come under controlled conditions in individual division “VENUS HERBAL PROCESS”..
In our theory, when natural dyes’ pure and micro fine extract form can diffuse and spread evenly into fiber matrix and held in perfectly where an equilibrium condition created while dying . The equilibrium condition lies in selection of suitable water and maintaining of proper dyeing PH, temperature and dyeing on naturally scoured material.
So that the dye to fiber bond thus created would ensure absolute permanency. Such equilibrium condition differs in individual dyes.
Hereby, we are successful in development of dyeing procedures to give whole spectrum of colours !
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
The fabrics are coloured only with natural dyes sans metallic mordants and can withstand both manual and machine wash.
And natural dyed fabric greatly reduces the scourching effect of direct sunlight, making it ideal for sports and outdoor wears.
Natural dyes when applied in our process could exhibit fastness equal to or comparable to standard synthetic dyes.
The skin-friendly colors and auxiliaries of natural dyed fabrics ensure they are comfortable to wear.
Natural dyes cause no disposal problems as they are biodegradable. They are unsophisticated and harmonized withnature.
Using Natural dyed clothes let us to be eco-sensible! |
